Return Policy

At Brielle Boutique, our biggest goal is to serve our customers. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better! Please check your order as soon it arrives. Please read and follow the Return Information process before returning an item. Contact our customer service within 5 business days of delivery so we can get that mishap sorted out for you! Keep in mind the return time frame.

Return Information

  • An item is only eligible for return within 5 business day after receiving your order (based on carrier notification of delivery).
  • Missing or damaged items MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods.
  • Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing.
  • If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense or Brielle Boutique, at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee.
  • Please include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent to you at the time of delivery along with a note on why the merchandise is being returned.
  • Holiday items are non returnable and non refundable within 14 days of the upcoming holiday, unless damaged which must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order.
  • Clearance items are final sale.
  • Customized apparel is nonreturnable.
  • Original Shipping is NOT refundable.
  •  We do not do exchanges, so if you’d like to order a different size, color or product, please return for a store credit and then place a new order online.
  •  Items returned in poor condition or outside of the RMA approval window may be deemed non-refundable or assessed a 20% restocking fee, as per store policies.
  •  When returning an item, Brielle Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and recommend you send it back using an insured courier. We highly recommend you make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records and possible for our reference. No COD returns are accepted.
  •  Brielle Boutique will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
